Enquiries and Reporting
Finance One records the core financial functions of the University. Within Finance One is a powerful enquiry tool, Executive Information Enquiries ("EIE").
The structure of the University's Divisions and Areas play an important role in the structure of the Chart of Accounts within the Finance One system. To enable the flexible reporting of financial activities across the University the Chart of Accounts, adopts a component structure and utilises selection codes. The Quick Reference Sheets (QRS) provide information on account components and selection codes.
